SRI JOURNEYS provides travel-related services including flight and train ticket assistance, hotel reservations, tour packages, cab services, visa assistance and foreign-exchange assistance through applicable authorised providers. These are primarily digital or service-based products, and no physical shipping is involved unless explicitly stated in writing.
- Booking and payment acknowledgement
After a customer makes payment through an official SRI JOURNEYS payment method, we will acknowledge the payment using the customer’s registered email address, mobile number or WhatsApp number.
Receiving payment does not by itself confirm a booking. All bookings remain subject to availability, successful payment verification and confirmation from the relevant airline, railway authority, hotel, tour operator, cab operator or other supplier.
- Delivery of confirmations and travel documents
Once the booking is confirmed by the relevant supplier, available tickets, hotel vouchers, tour confirmations, itineraries or other travel documents will normally be sent by email or WhatsApp within 24–48 business hours.
For urgent, last-minute or supplier-dependent bookings, the expected delivery time will be communicated separately. Where a supplier’s confirmation remains pending, SRI JOURNEYS will inform the customer of the delay or material status update where available.
- Method of delivery
Travel documents and booking confirmations may be delivered through:
Email provided by the customer;
WhatsApp or mobile number provided by the customer; or
Another electronic method agreed with the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and checking the received documents immediately.
- Customer responsibilities
Customers must verify passenger names, travel dates, destinations and other booking details as soon as the documents are received. Any discrepancy must be reported promptly. Corrections remain subject to supplier rules, availability and applicable charges.
- Inability to confirm a service
If a requested service cannot be confirmed after payment, SRI JOURNEYS will communicate available alternatives or process an eligible refund according to the published Cancellation & Refund Policy and the applicable supplier conditions.
