Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation, amendment and refund rules depend on the airline, railway authority, hotel, tour operator, destination-management company, payment gateway or other supplier involved in the booking.

Cancellation and amendments

• SRI JOURNEYS may charge applicable service or administrative fees in addition to supplier charges.
• Certain fares, hotels, packages or promotional bookings may be non-refundable or non-changeable.
• Requests must be submitted through the official SRI JOURNEYS contact details.
• Name corrections, rescheduling and amendments remain subject to supplier rules and availability.

Refunds

• Eligible refunds are processed only after the refundable amount is received or approved by the relevant supplier.
• Processing time varies by supplier, bank and payment gateway.
• Payment-gateway charges, transaction charges and service fees may be non-refundable where applicable.
• The applicable refund amount and method will be communicated to the customer.
• Once an eligible refund has been approved and the refundable amount has been received from the relevant airline, railway authority, hotel, tour operator or other supplier, SRI JOURNEYS will initiate the refund within 5–7 business days. After initiation, the customer’s bank or payment gateway may require an additional 5–10 business days to credit the amount. The time required for the supplier to approve or release the refund is outside the direct control of SRI JOURNEYS, but customers will be informed of material updates where available.

Tour packages

Unused services, voluntarily skipped activities or unused portions of a package are generally non-refundable unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Customer-requested changes after confirmation may attract additional charges.

Events beyond our control

Weather, road conditions, strikes, government action, operational disruption, natural disasters and other force-majeure events may affect services. Refunds or alternatives in these cases remain subject to the relevant supplier’s policy.
